If I were to tell you the one secret to life, I would say to choose what you love and plant that choice actively all day long in the garden of your mind. Remain as loyal to that choice as you would to the lover of your dreams and defend it vigorously against all that would defile it.

Kat Augustdottir Shuford 

Kat is a certified Magnetic Mind Superconscious Coach and a Shamanic Guide. She has also trained with the Phillippine Psychic Surgeons, Her interest in the wisdom of nature and plant intelligence led her to qualify as a Master Level Medicinal Aromatherapist specializing in plant consciousness. She has been assisting people in transforming their lives for over 25 years. In the first half of her journey, she awakened people to their brilliance through the targeted use of plant essences, excavating sound, and transformative movement, which brought her accolades for from her clients as they learned to uplevel their mind and body to their greater potential. While overcoming many painful personal obstacles in her own life, Kat became aware of how she and others continuously put the power outside themselves by focusing on “fixing” current circumstances.

The empowered visions people received in her sessions inspired change, but a new process was needed to move people through their resistance to their true desires.

Kat realized the next level of accountability was needed for her clients and herself. Each needed a way to connect daily to their awakened vision, tools to reinforce and condition new neural pathways, and processes to keep momentum in their true nature and purpose. She saw the power that old, egoic patterns and stories had on her clients and herself. Through her transformation, she understood the struggle as her clients had awakened visions for themselves, wrestled with them, and ultimately gave over to old solidified belief structures. This struggle inspired men and women in a looping system that did not allow for true forward momentum in many areas of their lives.

Kat felt there was a missing piece for her clients and herself to go for what they wanted—she first realized that “wanting” wasn’t enough. She learned about the plasticity and self-healing mechanisms of the mind. She learned about quantum physics and how the world of form works, and finally, she learned about re-identifying as a creator. She learned how to seed her creations so they were fueled by an expansive field of possibilities rather than a limited set of solutions and the ego-based agenda of keeping her safe. This was when she began to learn to tap into her Superconscious. What showed up next was a horse.
